Country context indicators describe the development setting, labor market conditions,
demographic patterns, household living arrangements and age-based poverty rates
in countries where Social Protection and Labor policies and programs operate.
The ASPIRE database provides further disaggregation of indicators by rural and urban population and by gender and age groups. The indicators are provided for 129 countries based on nationally representative surveys harmonized in the World Bank International Database of Income Distribution (I2D2).
